We'd hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they're on their way to you.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is sending. This includes a 3-5 business days period where your items will create for youand dispatched by our team. Remember that all our articles have manual processes, painting, drying. We make the article especially for you, and we do not usually have stock of any of our miniatures. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 7 business days hours for shipments to be dispatched.
It is important for us that you understand that we cannot advance the deadlines, nor push the shipments once they have been made. If you have doubts, to know if the articles are on a certain date at your destination, it is important that you consult us.
Also remember that economic shipments do not have a tracking number, and we cannot know where they are exactly.
