Shipping policy

All of our miniatures are prepared to ship in 3-5 business days.

✅ Because? Because we make them for you, one by one, in an artisan process that makes each miniature different from the other. With all the passion and good work that has characterized us in the more than 20 years that we have been making our miniatures.


✅ Custom miniatures require more time, which we will inform you about in our conversation.

 

After your payment, you should expect an email with information about shipping of your purchased item. Remember to add 3-5 days of preparation time for your handmade miniature.
Usually I ship via Priority Air Mail. "economy shipping" This method of delivery is the cheapest but has no tracking number, so if you choose it, I will not hold in any way responsible for packages lost by the postal service. Also, I don't feel responsible for damages during transportation.
If you need a Standard mail with tracking number, please inform me in advance.
